Brief Introduction

　　It is merged with computer automatic measuring system and hardness test. It is a advanced hardness tester. Practicability is better, operation is faciler, measuring precision is higher. Maximum decrease man-made error and avoiding seeing weariness of user. It is developed to make measure micro hardness have a qualitative leaps.
　　The computer automatic measuring system can configure MHV-2000; HV-1000;HV-50;HV-10 etc. hardness tester.

其技术性能有以下特点

·采用高分辨率图像采集装置将压痕清晰的显示在电脑屏幕上。
·图像清晰度：>400线。
·支持PAL线NTSC彩色/黑白两种视频输入。
·通过软件对信号的转换，自动测量出试验压痕的硬度值。
·可以对显微维氏、克努普、渗碳层、氮化层等进行试验。
·硬度值可以进行多种形式的自动转换。
·对压痕图像可以进行对比度、光亮度等的调节。
·对于光洁度不够好的试样所得的压痕可以进行边缘检测操作。
·压痕可以2^X、3^X、4^X的放大，以便更好的测量出试验值。
·对图像文件和数据文件可以分别作打开、存储、打印等处理。
·能随时查看数据文件和图像文件，数据文件采用表格和曲线的形式打印。
·根据需要可以选择高倍或低倍物镜。
·WIN98、WIN2000、WINXP镜等操作系统。

·Indentation can be magnified 2^X, 3^X, 4^X, for it can measure test value better.
·It can dispose image file and data file via open, memory, print etc, function.
·It can look into the data file and image file at any time, Data file is printed to adopt table format and curvilinear format.
