             防静电超净面料与普通防静电面料的区别主要在于“超净”的概念。防静电超净面料必须同时具备以下三个特点：

    1.具有防静电功能：静电会吸附灰尘，并使所吸附的灰尘在风淋时不易被吹走。因此，防静电超净面料的首要特征为具有防静电性能。同时，这种防静电性能必须是持久、高效的，不会因为日常的洗涤以及摩擦而显著衰减。
     2.面料本身不发尘：由于是在洁净室内穿着，因此要求面料不能成为洁净室中的发尘源，这就决定了超净面料只能用化学合成的长纤维来生产。而棉、麻、丝等天然短纤维不能应用于超净面料，虽然这些原料可以使面料的服用性更佳。同时要求所选用的化纤长丝也要严格控制发尘量。一般来讲，全消光涤纶长丝不适合于织防静电超净面料。因为涤纶生产中加入的消光剂—钛白粉会成为污染源。
     3.面料要有良好的滤尘性：洁净室内的灰尘主要来自于室内流动的空气及在室内活动的人体。当设备条件确定后，提高洁净度也就是要求*大限度地将人体产生的微小尘埃控制在衣服内，让它穿过面料进入到空气中去。这就是所谓的面料的滤尘率要高。提高滤尘率是以牺牲面料的透气性为代价的，因此针织面料以及织得比较疏松的机织面料是不适用于洁净室的。
