基本原理：

根据力平衡原理设计，随液位变化，平衡弹簧平衡浮子的位置，钢带将此位置，钢带将此位置信息转变成机械量用计数器显示出来。

性能特点：

● 测量范围：0 -20M ；

● 测量误差： U+ U4mm;

● 自立式仪表，不需要外供能源；

● 计数器显示，读数清晰准确；

● 多种安装方式可选；

● 外壳防护：IP54

用途: 各种大型常压贮罐液位的就地连续指示，可与多种变送器连接，远传液位信号。特别适用于无能源的危险场所。

基本原理：

采用射频识别技术，实现对机械计数器的直读功能，应用数字通讯技术实现远传。

性能特点：

● 内置式变送结构，同时具有现场显示和数据远传功能，现场显示和数据远传功能，现场显示部分同UZG100 ；

● 分辨力10mm;

● 变送误差≤ U+ U10mm ；

● 通讯距离≤1.2km ；

● 防爆标志：Exib(ib)II BT4, **号：2x

用途: 可在爆炸性危险环境下，实现对贮罐的液位现场显示及液位数字量信号的变送。

It is based on the principle of force balance. When liquid level changes, the balance spring makes float maintain balance. And then metal strip can transfer this information into mechanical counting data and display it. 

Application:

It can be used to continuously measure the level of large normal pressure tanks. Also, it can be connected with different transmitters to display remote transmission signal. It is a special application for dangerous places without power supply.

UZG2000 Series Explosion-proof Metal Strip Level Gauge

It is based on the principle of radio-frequency recognition technology. It takes mechanical counter direct reading and uses data communication technology to carry out data remote transmission.

Application:

It can be used to display level of tanks in field and transmit level signal in explosive places.

Inside transmitter structure, data remote transmission and display in field (see UZG100 series).
