空调压缩机壳体高压检漏机专用于汽车空调压缩机壳体的密封性检测 ,根据检测要求,采用气体检测与泡水检测相结合的方式,对空调压缩机壳体进行检测,不合格件统一进行泡水寻迹检测,确定漏点的具体位置,本机采用双工位形式,实现两工件的交替检测。

This equipment is specially used to check the air impermeability of the air-conditioner compressor shell. According to the inspection demand, it adopts the air check and soakage check ways to make the inspection on the air impermeability of the air-conditioner compressor shell. The inferior parts are checked together by soaked in water so as to confirm the specific position of the leakage point. This equipment adopts double-station, which realize the alternate inspection on two workpieces.
