This protein is a mitochondrial protein located on the outer surface of the inner mitochondrial membrane. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] Function: Catalyzes the conversion of dihydroorotate to orotate with quinone as electron acceptor. Subcellular Location: Mitochondrion inner membrane.
