一、概述:
孔板,孔板LG,孔板流量计是将标准孔板与多参数差压变送器(或差压变送器、温度变送器及压力变送器)配套组成的高量程比差压流量装置,可测量气体、蒸汽、液体及引的流量,应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、供热、供水等的过程控制和测量。孔板,孔板LG,孔板流量计,节流装置又称为差压式流量计,是由检测件(节流件)和二次装置(差压变送器和流量显示仪)组成应用于气体.蒸汽和液体的流量测量.具有结构简单,维修方便,性能稳定。
流量孔板 LZBK角接取压标准孔板节流装置
角接取压标准孔板节流装置由标准孔板、夹持环取压装置前后直管组成的流量测量装置,用于电力、冶金、化学、石油等工业的流量计量部位。
LZBF法兰取压标准孔板节流装置
法夹持环取压标准孔板组件
夹持环取压标准兰取压标准孔板节流装置由标准孔板及前后直管组成的流量测量装置,用于石油、化学、工业的流量计量部位。
LGBK孔板组件,它被用于电力、冶金、石油、化学、轻纺等工业的流量测量与流量控制检测系统中。

夹持环材料:20号钢
法兰材料:20号钢
结构形式选择
夹持环取压装置与夹持环的配合平面结构不同分A型、B型、C型。
凡供夹持环取压标准孔板组件时,我厂按A型供货。如前述两张结构图所示。
如仅供夹持环、孔板时,可根据法兰标准选择A型、或B型、C型。
