介   绍
    rt007 amv 逆转录酶分离自禽类成髓细胞瘤病毒 (amv) ，其方法由 houts 等人的方法改进而来。分离得到的酶是分子量为 157kd 的 αβ 全酶。本酶经高度纯化，完全无核酸酶污染。本酶可用于 cdna 合成，也可用于 rna 和 dna 的双脱氧测序。 rt007 amv 逆转录酶以总 rnd 或 polya+ rnd 为模板，具有以 rna 为模板的 dna 聚合酶活性， dna 为模板的 dna 聚合酶活性和 rnase h 酶活性，*适反应温度在 42 -55 ℃ ，*高可达 60 ℃ ，如果使用焦磷酸钠，*适温度为 37 -41 ℃ 。**配方的 rtt 反应缓冲液根据不同用途可以作为 5x 或 10x 反应液使用（详见标准使用方法），同时可抑制 rnase h 酶活性。按照标准使用方法可以得到长至 10-12kb cdna 。 rt007 amv 逆转录酶比普通 amv 逆转录酶和 mmlv 逆转录酶能耐受更高的温度和合成更长的 cdna 。

应   用
① 1 μg hela total rna 在 42 ℃ ， 50 ℃ ， 55 ℃ ， 60 ℃ 经 rt007 amv 酶逆转录后进行 pcr 的产物电泳结果

② 1 μg hela total rna 经 rt007 amv 酶逆转录后扩增不同长度 pcr 产物的电泳结果， amv 酶可以转录长至 9.6kb 的 mrna

③ 1 μg hela total rna 经以下各种逆转录酶逆转录后 ( 按照各自 protocol) 进行 pcr 的产物电泳结果

④ 1 μg hela total rna 经以下各种逆转录酶逆转录后 ( 按照各自 protocol) 进行荧光 pcr （ sybr green i ）的结果，以下数值是 ct 值
