该仪器用于农业、林业、环境保护、水利、气象等行业部门土壤墒情监测、节水灌溉，可对各种土质的土壤进行野外流动现场测试，快速准确地检测出土壤含水量。不仅能够测试土壤表层水分，还能够测试深层土壤水分，能够满足上述行业的科研、生产、教学等相关工作需求。
The apparatus is used for agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, water conservancy, weather and other sectors to monitor soil moisture, water saving irrigation, can be of various soil soil field flow field test, fast and accurate detection of the soil moisture.
