压缩歪度试验仪用于橡胶静态压缩试验。取标准试样夹于本机平板之间，旋转螺丝压缩试样至一定比率，再放进设定了试验温度的烘箱(另购)中，经规定的时间后取出，拆下试样冷却30分钟，*后测试其厚度，根据压缩变形率公式求出其压缩歪度：(压缩前厚度-压缩后厚度)÷(压缩前厚度-间隔板厚度)×100

Compression And Deformation Tester

Model: SZ-6615

It′s used especially to test the static compression for tuber. Place one standard specimen between parallel flat plates, revolve then compress it a certain range of percentage and then put into the oven under the specified temperature for a certain time period then take it off cooling for 30 minutes to measure its thickness for calculating its permanent deformation rate.
Compression Deformation Rate Formula:
(Uncompressed Thickness - Compressed Thickness)÷(Uncompressed Thickness - Plate Thickness)×100
