Cut off the cable about5 min length as being the test specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter if both wheels and each end has to be loaded with a weight. Meanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current. later, at an approximately constant speed of0.33m/s to move the wheels over a distance of1 mto make the specimen be reciprocally bent and tightened. When the specimen breaks down or the preset numbers are reached, the machine will stop automatically. Afterwards, take off the sample and adjudge the characteristic of flexibility.
