1、 Overview

Sx-l1056 particle filter performance test bench is suitable for testing the efficiency of 0-99.999% grade mask, and testing the mask according to international standards. The design structure of the whole test-bed is compact and light, and in the process of running test, on the fixture, the test air volume corresponds to the required filter speed. The aerosol produced by the aerosol generator is adjusted, then neutralized by static electricity, and evenly mixed with the filtered test air, and then enters the test area to pass through the filter material. In order to measure the efficiency, a separate stream of air is drawn upstream and downstream of the mask. Using a photometer, determine the concentration of the diameter particles in the sample flow, and then obtain the measured efficiency through the ratio of upstream and downstream. In addition, it can also measure the resistance of filter material during the test and adjust the control flow.

6.Calculatetheoperation,efficiencyandresistanceoftheequipmentthroughPLCanddisplayscreen.  
B.Leakageefficiencytest(protectioneffecttest):  
1.Checktheleakageeffectofthetestdevice.(buildtestchamberandheadmold,simulaterealpersontest)  
2.Wearthemaskfirmlyontheheadforminthetestchamberaccordingtothemanufacturer'sinstructions,opentheaerosolconcentrationdetectiondeviceandtherespiratorysimulator,andrecordtheparticleconcentrationofthegasenteringtheheadformthroughtherespiratorysimulatoraftertheconcentrationindicationisstable.  
3.Closetherespiratorysimulator,introducethetestmediumintothetestchamber,usetheaerosolconcentrationdetectiondevicetomonitortheconcentrationinthechamber,andopentherespiratorysimulatoraftertheconcentrationmeetsthestandardrequirements.  
4.Recordtheparticleconcentrationinthetestchamberandtheparticleconcentrationinhaledthroughthebreathingpipeoftheheadmouldrespectively,andcalculatethesampleprotectioneffect.
