Ten Tests and Standard of Simulation Environment Test
There is different service environment which influences test test from the outside during using the Environmental Testing Products. To guarantee
products' working normally under those environmental conditions, national standard and industrial standard require to test products in certain
simulation environment. These tests includes:：
1、High temperature test( high temperature operation、high temperature storage)；
2、Low temperature test(low temperature operation、low temperature storage)；
3、High and low temperature alternating test(temperature cycle test、thermal shock test)；
4、High temperature and humidity test(humid heat storage 、humid heat cycle)；
5、Mechanical vibration test(random vibration test、Sweep frequency vibration test)；
6、Motor transport test(Simulating transportation test、impact test)；
7、Mechanical Shock Test；
8、Switch electrical testing；
9、Power supply bias test；

Nayional Standard are related above the environment tests as the followings：
1、Low temperature test, according to GB/T2423.1—89《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--low temperature test》；
GB/T2423.22—87《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--temperature variation》to do the low temperature test and temperature variation. Temperature range：-70℃～10℃。
2、High temperature test, according to GB/T2423.2—89《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--high temperature test》；
GB/T2423.22—87《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--temperature variation》to do the low temperature test and temperature variation. Temperature range: 10℃～210℃
3、Humid heat test, according to GB/T2423.3—93《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--constant humid heat test》；
GB/T2423.4—93《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--humid heat alternating test》 to do the constant humid heat test and humid heat alternating test. Humidity range：30%RH～100%RH
4、Mould test, according to GB/T2423.16—90《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--mould growth test》to do the mould test.
5、Salt spray test, according to GB/T2423.17—93《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--Salt spray test》 to do the salt spray test.
6、 Low pressure test, according to GB/T2423.21—92《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--Low pressure test》； GB/T2423.25—92《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--low temperature/low pressure test》；
GB/T2423.26—92《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--low temperature/low pressure test》 to do the low pressure test, high and low temperature test. Test range：-70℃～100℃0～760mmHg20%～95%RH。
7、Vibration test, according to GB/T2423.10—95《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--vibration test》 to do the vibration test. Frequency range(mechanical vibration table)：5～60Hz(fixed frequency vibration 5～80Hz)，maximum displacement amplitude: 3.5mm(full load). Frequency range(Electromagnetic vibrating tables)：5～3000Hz，maximum displacement: 25mmP-P。
8、Shock test, according to GB/T2423.5—95《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--shock test》to do the shock test. Impact acceleration range：(50～1500)m/s2.
9、Impact test, according to GB/T2423.6—95《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--impact test》to do the impact test.
10、Drop test, according to GB/T2423.7—95《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--倾跌与翻到试验》； GB/T2423.8—95《Electrical and electronicproducts environment test Part Two: test method--free drop test》to do the drop test.
