测量原理
The principle of electromagnetic flowmeter based on Fala's law of electromagnetic induction:
当导电液体流过包围在磁场中的测量管时,在流向和磁场二者相垂直的方向就会产生与平均流速V成正比的感应电动势E。

HN-LDG由传感器和转换器二部分组成,转换器通过励磁电缆将励磁电流传输到传感器内部的线圈,从而在传感器测量管内产生磁场,流过测量管的导电液体因切割磁力线而产生感应电动势,固定在测量管管壁二侧的电极接收并通过信号电缆将该感应电动势传输给转换器,转换器将该信号进行滤波、放大、运算、变换后,得出被测介质的流量值,并输出与流量测量值成正比的标准电流信号或频率信号。
