摘 要 介绍了用盐酸,硝酸溶解镍基高温合金样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定合金中痕量元素硒的方法,对石墨炉的工作参数进行了优化,考察了介质酸度、共存元素的影响,对工作曲线用标准系列进行了基体匹配,并对回收率及方法的精密度进行了试验。结果表明本方法适用于镍基高温合金中硒的分析,结果准确可靠,RSD<10%,回收率85%-110%。 关键词 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法;镍基高温合金;痕量硒 中图分类号 O657.3 Determination of Trace Selenium in Nickel Base Superalloys by GFAASPang Xiaohui, Yang Junhong, Liu ping(Beijing Institute of Aeronautical, Beijing 100095, China) Abstract GFAAS was used for the direct determination of Selenium in nickel base Superalloys,the instrument parameterswere discussed and optimized,the standard solutions are matched to eliminate the influences of matrix and coexist elements .The method applies to the determination of trace Selenium in nickel base superalloys. The result is accurate and reliable, whichcan meet the needs of the practical determination. RSD is less than 10% and the recovery is from 85% to 110%. Key words GFAAS ; nickel base superalloys; trace selenium 1 引 言 硒的含量对镍基高温合金材料的力学性能有重要影响,准确测定镍基高温合金中硒的含量是控制合金质量的必要手段,硒的测定有原子荧光法、氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法和极谱法等[1-2],采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定硒的含量也有报道[3-4],主要是对水、生物和环境样品等中的硒,本文采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镍基高温合金中的硒,试样用盐酸,硝酸溶 解后,加入柠檬酸络合钨、钼等元素,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定硒,进行了仪器测量条件选择试验,准确度与精密度试验,结果表明,方法简便快速,准确可靠。
