KeyResponsibilities

· Responsible for technical service support for PSI product to sales team.

· Provide technical support and trainings to sales and key customers.

· Work closely with Sales team to ensureour customers satisfactionis monitored

· Provide Field in stallation and training to customer.

· Monitor and manage enquiries, quotations, feedback and any other sales/operational issues
professionally.

· Task with meeting monthly,quarterly and annual objective sassetby management.

BackgroundandSkillRequirements

· Degreeholderandaboveinrelatedfields(e.g.Mechanical,ElectricalandElectronics)

· Threeormoreyearsofrelatedtechnicalserviceexperience

· Agoodtrackrecordofproblemsolvingwithanalyzerinstrument.

· Goodwritten,verbalcommunicationandpresentationskillsinChineseandEnglish
