Virusys实验方法1：1．1 药敏片的制备：一般情况下，可以从厂家获取。如无法获取，可以自行制备。首先，新华号定性滤纸，用内径为6mm的打孔器制备好纸片，按每包100片包装好，高压**，烘干备用。然后，将待检**用蒸馏水按实际用量的10倍稀释，充分溶解后，取1mL加到100片**好的纸片上，放入4℃冰箱，待其充分吸收后（一般要4－8小时），平铺于平皿上，在37℃温箱中充分烘干（2－822小时），干燥后立即封装于**的小瓶内，密闭保存。

Virusys使用方法2：1．2 培养基的制备：用托盘天平称取营养琼脂4克，加入洁净的容器内，再用量筒加入200mL蒸馏水，121℃，**20分钟。**后，冷却至50－60℃，在超净台内，迅速将培养基倒入**的培养皿内，每个平皿15mL左右，轻摇平皿，使培养基分布均匀。待其冷却凝固后，即可使用，或放入822℃冰箱备用。
