Cyanine7.5是NIR（近红外光谱）染料，是长波段的红外荧光。该叠氮类衍生物用于点击化学。
可以标记多种生物分子，近红外荧光染料，是Cy7.5®改进的衍生物。标记的该荧光染料可以利用NIR组织透明度而进行体内成像实验。这种荧光素亦可用于其他荧光类应用，尤其当需要较低的荧光背景时。
该叠氮染料还有溶于DMSO的溶液形式可供选择，即用于一般的点击化学的标记。或者粉剂形式自行标记使用。
Cyanine7.5的桥连聚亚甲基链的结构特点会使量子产率提高20%，信号更强。
