FQCW266 series lasers are single
longitudinal mode CW deep UV lasers.

Models in the series have outputs at 266nm
and powers range from 10-200mW. The FQCW-266 series are based around a
diode-pumped solid-state laser with two frequency conversion stages. The
fundamental radiation at 1064nm from the DPSS laser source is converted to
532nm in the second harmonic generator (SHG). This is a resonant external
cavity with a patented design. The harmonic beam is then converted to 266nm in
the fourth harmonic generator (FHG).

single longitudinal mode operation, the bandwidth is extremely small and the
