Reconstitution
重组小鼠LPS诱导的CXC趋化因子/ CXCL5蛋白We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
Storage
This lyophilized preparation is stable at 2-8 °C, but should be kept at -20 °C for long term storage, preferably desiccated. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2-8 °C. For maximal stability, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Background
CXCL5 is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also known as epithelial-derived neutrophil-activating peptide 78 (ENA-78) and the gene for CXCL5 is encoded by the CXCL5 gene. It May participate in the recruitment of inflammatory cells by injured or infected tissue. CXCL5 is cleaved into the following 2 chains: GCP-2 (1-78) and GCP-2 (9-78) which attract neutrophils and are involved in neutrophil activation. Recombinant Mouse CXCL5 (92 a.a.) contains 92 amino acids and shares 57 % amino acid sequence identity with human CXCL5.
