Reconstitution
重组大鼠细胞因子诱导中性粒细胞化学吸引剂-2 beta / CXCL3蛋白We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
Storage
This lyophilized preparation is stable at 2-8 °C, but should be kept at -20 °C for long term storage, preferably desiccated. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2-8 °C. For maximal stability, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Background
CXCL3 is belonging to the CXC chemokine family, which is also known as CINC-2 in rat, DCIP-1 in murine, and GROγ in humans. The functional receptor for CXCL3 has been identified as CXCR2. Similar to other GRO proteins, CXCL3 is potent neutrophil attractants and activators. This chemokine were originally purified from the conditioned medium of rat granulation tissue. In rat, CINC-2 has two isoforms, known as CXCL3α/CINC-2α and CXCL3β/CINC-2β. CXCL3α differs from CXCL3β as DKSS to PSL (98-101) at carboxy-terminal residues.
