Comments: Lp1 MAB 1细胞Animals were immunized with the bacterial antigenic subgroup OLDA (ATCC 43109).
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with a surface antigen on L. pneumophila and is useful in clinical diagnostic tests for subtyping L. pneumophila serogroup 1 isolates for epidemiologic studies using indirect immunofluorescence assays.
Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
Propagation: Lp1 MAB 1细胞ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 20%.
Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Every 2 to 4 days
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10 exp5 cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10 exp5 and 1 X 10 exp6 cells/ml.
