Comments: Animals were immunized with mouse dendritic cells.
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts precipitates a 150000/90000 dalton CD11/CD18 heterodimer (see also ATCC HB-226) from murine dendritic cells.
The N418 epitope may be the mouse equivalent to human CD11c.
The N418 epitope is detected only on dendritic cells and is not present on peritoneal macrophages, anti-immunoglobulin induced B lymphoblasts or bulk lymph node cells.
Propagation: N418细胞ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: 2-mercaptoethanol to a final concentration of 0.05 mM; fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
