CV-1/EBNA-1细胞To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.

Subculturing: Protocol: Remove old medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin solution for 2 to 3 minutes, remove trypsin and let culture stand for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks.
