Comments: Animals were immunized with a rough strain of 0157:H7 4E8C12细胞(E. coli HA1, deficient in the 0157 antigen).
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
The antibody is specific for E coli 0157:H7 and 026:H11 both of which are enterohemorrhagic.
It reacts with a protein antigen of 13000 daltons.
