Comments: R2-10F6细胞The hybridoma cell line R2-10F6 [R2-10F6.3C10.3F9] was established by David Presky and Victoria Wilkinson in 1993 and subcloned twice.
This antibody is a useful tool for detection of mouse IL-12p40 by ELISA and Western Blot analysis.
R2-10F6 was formed by the fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with splenocytes from an ***** female Lewis rat inoculated with recombinant mouse IL-12 p75.
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate supplemented with 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol and 100 U/ml recombinant human IL-6, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%.

Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Alternately, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension in fresh culture medium.
