Comments: The tissue donor was a possible heterozygote for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and was the grandfather of Cor Per II (ATCC CRL-1243), No Per (ATCC CRL-1327) and Jo Per (ATCC CRL-1332).
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. Gap Per细胞To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
Subculturing: Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week
Remove spent medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin for 3 to 5 minutes, remove trypsin and let the culture sit at 37C for 10 to 20 minutes. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Gap Per细胞Subculture every 8 to 10 days.
