Comments: Animals were immunized with a synthetic polypeptide with the sequence YTLVREIRQHKLRKLNPPDESGPGC corresponding to peptides 157 to 181 of the H-ras oncogene.
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with the synthetic H-ras oncogene peptide. It reacts with the Harvey (Ha-ras) p21 protein but not the Kirsten (Ki-ras) p21 protein.
Propagation: 146-03E04 [146-3E4]细胞ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.

Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density)
Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 2 X 10 exp5 viable cells/ml.
Maintain cell density between 1 X 10 exp5 and 1 X 10 exp6 viable cells/ml.
