Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Leibovitz's L-15 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2008. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.

Subculturing: Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:3 to 1:8 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 1 to 2 times per week
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA for 10 to 20 minutes at 37C. Add fresh medium, disperse cells and centrifuge to pellet the cells.
Resuspend in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks.
Subculture just prior to confluency (about 10 to 12 days).
