Comments: JM1细胞The JM1 cell line was established from cells taken from a patient with immunoblastic B cell lymphoma - leukemia.The cells are negative for CD7, My 7, My 9 and surface IgM.
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2005. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium:
0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol
fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%
Atmosphere: air, 95%; carbon dioxide (CO2), 5%
Temperature: 37.0°C
Subculturing: Protocol: Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures may be established by centrifugation. Adherent cells can be dislodged by scraping. Initiate cultures at 2 to 5 x 10(5) viable cells/ml. Subculture when cell density reaches 1 X 10(6) cells/ml.
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week
Preservation: Freeze medium: culture medium, 95%; DMSO 5%
