Description | Immortalized Mouse Erythoid Progenitor Cell Line (CD36E) - HPV16 E6/E7 are derived from peripheral blood stem cells. It is a continuous cell line immortalized with the human HPV16 E6/E7 gene and is positive for CD36. CD36 has been associated with the spread of cancers, therefore the Immortalized Mouse Erythoid Progenitor Cell Line (CD36E) - HPV16 E6/E7 can be used for further studies on the functions of CD36. |

Propagation | Use of PriCoat? T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with the following conditions. The base medium for this cell line is PriGrow X Series Medium available from ABM (TM0136). Atmosphere: air: 95%, CO?: 5%; Temperature: 37.0°C. |
