Necrostatin-1用途
Necrostatin-1是一种有效,选择性和可渗透细胞的坏死性凋亡 (necroptosis) 抑制剂,在Jurkat细胞中的 EC50 为490 nM。它通过抑制坏死性凋亡途径中的死亡域受体激酶RIP (RIP1) 起作用。
