Nickel is a silver-white metal, a hard and brittle metal that is stable in air at room temperature and is an inactive element. Nickel is prone to nitric acid and has a slower effect with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sulfuric acid. Nickel exists in a variety of ores in nature, often combined with sulfur, arsenic or antimony, mainly from chalcopyrite, nickel chalcopyrite and so on. Nickel may be present in production wastewater from mining, smelting, alloy production, metal processing, electroplating, chemicals, and ceramics and glass. The analyzer can automatically and continuously work according to the on-site setting for long-term unattended operation, and is widely used in industrial waste water discharge, industrial process wastewater, industrial sewage treatment plant sewage, municipal sewage treatment plant sewage and other occasions. According to the complexity of the field test conditions, the corresponding pre-treatment system can be selected to ensure the test process is reliable and the test results are accurate, which fully meets the on-site requirements of different occasions.
产品原理：
本产品采用分光光度测量方法测定，水样和缓冲剂混合后，在强氧化剂存在下，镍转化成各自的高价态离子，在缓冲溶液和指示剂存在的情况下，高价离子与指示剂反应生成一种带色络合物，分析仪检测此颜色的变化，并把这种变化换算成镍值输出来，生成的带色络合物量相当于镍量。
本产品为单因子参数测试分析仪器。
本方法适用于镍在0~30mg/L范围内的废水。
Product Principle: This product is measured by spectrophotometry. After mixing water sample and buffer, nickel is converted into high-valence ions in the presence of strong oxidant. In the presence of buffer solution and indicator, high-valent ions react with indicator. A colored complex, the analyzer detects the change in the color and converts the change into a nickel value output, and the amount of the colored complex formed corresponds to the amount of nickel. This product is a single factor parameter test and analysis instrument. The method is applicable to wastewater with nickel in the range of 0-30mg/L.
