Serine/threonine kinase which acts as an essentialcomponent of the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. MAPK1/ERK2and MAPK3/ERK1 are the 2 MAPKs which play an important role in theMAPK/ERK cascade. They participate also in a signaling cascadeinitiated by activated KIT and KITLG/SCF. Depending on the cellularcontext, the MAPK/ERK cascade mediates diverse biological functionssuch as cell growth, adhesion, survival and differentiation throughthe regulation of transcription, translation, cytoskeletalrearrangements.
一抗操作步骤：
洗涤：洗涤的目的是为了洗去一抗的非特异性结合，洗涤的效果直接影响结果背景的深浅。建议使用PBST或TBST作为洗涤液，其中的Tween20有助于去除非特异性的结合，减少背景。洗涤的次数和时间根据具体实验来确定，建议清洗3-5次，每次5分钟。
