Dual specificity protein kinase which acts as an essential component of the MAP kinase signal transduction pathway. Binding of extracellular ligands such as growth factors, cytokines and hormones to their cell-surface receptors activates RAS and this initiates RAF1 activation. RAF1 then further activates the dual-specificity protein kinases MAP2K1/MEK1 and MAP2K2/MEK2. Both MAP2K1/MEK1 and MAP2K2/MEK2 function specifically in the MAPK/ERK cascade, and catalyze the concomitant phosphorylation of a threonine and a tyrosine residue
一抗操作步骤：
洗涤：洗涤的目的是为了洗去一抗的非特异性结合，洗涤的效果直接影响结果背景的深浅。建议使用PBST或TBST作为洗涤液，其中的Tween20有助于去除非特异性的结合，减少背景。洗涤的次数和时间根据具体实验来确定，建议清洗3-5次，每次5分钟。
