Plays a role in the organization of actin filament bundles and the formation of microspikes, membrane ruffles, and stress fibers. Important for the formation of a diverse set of cell protrusions, such as filopodia, and for cell motility and migration.
一抗操作步骤：
洗涤：洗涤的目的是为了洗去一抗的非特异性结合，洗涤的效果直接影响结果背景的深浅。建议使用PBST或TBST作为洗涤液，其中的Tween20有助于去除非特异性的结合，减少背景。洗涤的次数和时间根据具体实验来确定，建议清洗3-5次，每次5分钟。
