| 公司简介： | 广东大鹏LNG冷能养殖试验项目是国内头个LNG接收站内冷能养殖试验项目。项目于2023年5月启动，10月12日开始现场施工，11月30日试运行，12月12日正式投产。项目占地面积438.38平方米，共设置有19个长3.5米、宽2米、高1.8米的玻璃钢组合养殖箱，15个长3米、宽1.2米、高0.6米的冷水调温处理池，17个同尺寸的尾水多级净化池，*大养殖规模可达10万斤/年。养殖的类别有石斑类、笛鲷类、鲍鱼类、龙虾类等，每个类别有多个品种，可以根据季节和市场情况进行轮换养殖。LNG接收站工艺是利用海水与超低温(-162℃)的液化天然气(LNG)进行热交换使之气化成为天然气，再经管道输送给下游用户。海水经换热后水温一般降低至15~25℃，成为独特的冷水资源，这在南方海域十分稀缺，非常适合偏低温环境的高经济价值海产品的生长。与一般养殖相比，这类海产品在低温环境下生长更健康，肉质更加细腻富有弹性，口感更佳。大鹏LNG接收站所处海域水质优良，绝大部分指标可达国家一类海水水质标准，是国内20多座LNG接收站水质*好的海域之一，特别适合水产养殖。由于海水温度越低溶解氧含量越高，充足的溶解氧量有助于鱼类生长并且可以降低氨氮物质的浓度，改善鱼类栖息环境，而且海水经ORV(开架式海水汽化器)顶部高速冲下，溶解氧更加丰富，是天然高品质的养殖水源。 |
| Company Profile： | The Guangdong Dapeng LNG Cold Energy Aquaculture Pilot Project is the first cold energy aquaculture pilot project within an LNG terminal in China. The project was launched in May 2023, began on-site construction on October 12, started trial operation on November 30, and officially went into production on December 12. The project covers an area of 438.38 square meters and is equipped with 19 fiberglass composite breeding tanks measuring 3.5 meters in length, 2 meters in width, and 1.8 meters in height, 15 cold water temperature regulation pools measuring 3 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 0.6 meters in height, and 17 tailwater multi-stage purification pools of the same size. The maximum breeding scale can reach approximately 50,000 kilograms per year. The types of aquaculture include grouper, snapper, abalone, and lobster, with multiple varieties in each category that can be rotated according to seasonal and market conditions. The LNG terminal process involves the heat exchange between seawater and ultra-low temperature (-162°C) liquefied natural gas (LNG) to vaporize it into natural gas, which is then transported to downstream users via pipelines. After heat exchange, the seawater temperature generally drops to 15~25°C, becoming a unique cold water resource that is very scarce in the southern maritime areas and is highly suitable for the growth of high economic value marine products that prefer lower temperatures. Compared with general aquaculture, these marine products grow healthier in a low-temperature environment, with more delicate and elastic flesh and better taste. The Guangdong Dapeng LNG terminal is located in a sea area with excellent water quality, with most indicators reaching the national first-class seawater quality standards. It is one of the best water quality areas among more than 20 LNG terminals in the country and is particularly suitable for aquaculture. Since the lower the seawater temperature, the higher the dissolved oxygen content, the abundant dissolved oxygen is conducive to fish growth and can reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen substances, improving the fish habitat. Moreover, the seawater, after being sprayed down from the top of the ORV (open rack vaporizer) at high speed, is even richer in dissolved oxygen, making it a natural high-quality breeding water source. |
