The Shajing people have made a living by raising oysters throughout history, accumulating rich experience in oyster farming, production, customs, and oyster product making techniques. Oyster Township has been famous for thousands of years both domestically and internationally. Shajing oyster sauce, Shajing oyster sauce and other products are world-renowned.Starting from the 1990s, in order to maintain the millennium old oyster industry brand in Shenzhen, it was necessary to find new high-quality oyster farming areas and extend the Shajing oyster industry.
