Chromatographically purified. Ribonuclease 0.002% by weight as RNase A using a poly C assay. Phosphodiesterase not detectable when assayed at 0.1 mg/ml with bis(p-nitrophenyl) phosphate. A suspension in 2.6M ammonium sulfate, pH 8.0. Store at 2-8C.This material is sold for in-vitro use only in manufacturing and research and is not suitable for use in humans or animals.
