Mouse anti E. coli RNA polymerase beta prime Affinity Purified Clone NT73 is suitable for the following applications: Western blot, IP, IAC, ELISA MAb to beta prime subunit of E.coli RNA polymerase. Beta prime is a 155 kDA subunit of the E.coli RNA polymerase. This antibody cross reacts with several prokaryotic RNA polymerases and recognizes Softag 1 epitope tagged proteins.
