Purified
mouse monoclonal IgG antibody which will react specifically against the
AviTag™ peptide sequence when fused to the C-terminus of your desired
protein-of-interest. May be used to identify C-terminus AviTag™ fusion
proteins on Western blots, in ELISAs or in any other immunological
procedure when used in combination with a secondary labeled anti-mouse
antibody.
Supplied as: 1 vial containing 100µL of 1mg/mL affinity-purified monoclonal antibody in PBS. Store at 4°C. Storage at -20°C is acceptable but not recommended. Do not freeze thaw repeatedly. Contains thimerosal as a preservative.
