Iron Oxide Nanoparticles with Cy5 & PEG
Ocean NanoTech’s magnetic fluorescent nanoparticles are dye-labeled nanocrystals with monodispersed size ranging from 5 nm to 30 nm. These water-soluble iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) with polyethylene glycol (PEG) coating and cyanine 5 labeling, offer high luminesce combined with magnetic property. Compared with a single dye signal, the fluorescence intensity can be amplified more than 25 times for 5 nm IONPs and 300 times for 30 nm IONPs. These nanoparticles exhibit great compatibility with various biological media and minimize nonspecific uptakes. Our magnetic fluorescent nanoparticles are highly uniform and reproducible, which are suitable for a wide range of applications including flow cytometry, biomarker detection, life sciences, imaging and medical diagnostics.
