The lambda DNA was isolated from bacteriophage lambda (cl857ind 1 Sam 7) obtained from the heat inducible lysogenic E. coli strain (dam¯ and dcm¯ ).
Storage Buffer
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA. Store at -20°C
