高光蒸汽辅助成型控制机技术是采用高温蒸汽，当注塑机合模后注入高温蒸汽，首先把模具温度提高到一个设定温度值，然后开始给模腔注射塑胶，在注塑机完成保压后迅速注入冷却水或冷冻水，使之模具在短时间内降到一个设定的温度值后开模，再向模具吹入空气把残余的冷水吹走，完成一个周期的注塑过程，通过这种迅速冷热方式控制塑料的成型可以完全解决塑料件的外观缺陷，大大提高生产效率。
