由于分布参数的影响,按集总参数设计的静电放电模拟器难以产生IEC61000-4-2标准规定的静电放电电流。通过对标准电流波形及给定参数的分析,设计了易于实现的人体-金属模型放电回路。通过模拟仿真,确定了放电回路的具体元件参数。针对分布参数的影响,给出了集总电路元件参数与标准规定的放电电流参数的相对误差灵敏度设计曲线,利用该设计曲线通过对集总元件参数的调整,可获得完全符合标准要求的放电电流。 Design of Discharge Circuit for ESD Simulator ZHU Chang-qing,LIU Shang-he,WEI Ming (Institute of Electrostatic & Electromagnetic Protection,Ordnance Engineering College,Shijiazhuang 050003,China) Abstract:Due to the effect of distributed parameters,it is difficult for the electrostatic discharge(ESD)simulator consisting of lumped parameter to generate the current that is prescribed in the IEC61000-4-2 standard.By analyzing the electrostatic discharge current waveform and given parameters,have designed a kind of discharge circuit called human body/metal model.By means of simulation,all parameters of the circuit have been made certain.Aimed at the effect of distributed parameters,have offered a group of design curve that is the relative error sensitivity of the lumped parameter to every parameter of discharge current.By means of the cluster of curve,designer will be able to adjust the lumped parameters until the simulator generate the discharge current being up to the standard.
