论述了研制的汽车配光镜面形测试系统的原理、结构、测试结果及讨论。系统采用了性能优良的接触式位移传感器和工业控制计算机,同时检测表示面形特征的几个特殊点的位移,并与标准值比较和判断;利用程序逻辑控制器(PLC)、气动元件和伺服电机控制被测件的定位、传感器的测试过程和激光打标机的工作。系统性能稳定可靠、测试速度快、抗电磁及振动干扰能力强,精度达到国家有关标准所规定的要求,可全自动在线检测。系统与高精度的三坐标测量仪比较,其测试数据平均偏差小于0.03mm,重复性误差小于001 mm.测量一个工件时间不超过30 s.系统已在现场使用半年,运行良好,节省了大量的劳动力,提高了产品质量和劳动生产率。 Reserch on Measurement of Automobiles Geometry Shape BAI Ying-kui1,GU Feng1,LIN Xiao-long1,SHEN Xuan-guo1,DU Yan-feng2 (1.Jilin University,Changchun 130021,China;2.Changchun Hella Automobile Lamp Corp.,Changchun 130021,China) Abstract: Narrated the principle,configuration,result of experiment and argumentation of the system which used to measure geometry shape of automobile lamp. The system which adopts excellent tangent displacement sensor and industry computer is able to measure the displacement of some special points with character of automobile lamp shape. Then comparing this displacement to standard and deciding whether it is eligible or not. The orientation of workpiece,the process of the sensorsmeasure and the laser marking machine are controlled by program logical controller,air-driving component and servo motor.The system has privilege in high speed of measure and is capability of antidisturbance of electromagenetism. Furthermore,it comes true intention of automatism measure and has precision according to demand of involved nation standard.Comparing to standard coming from exact three coordinate measure appearance,it obtains 003 mms averaging offset and 001 mms repeating error.A measure process of a workpiece needs less than half of one minute.The system had been operated in some factory since six months and received good effect.It saved labour and improve quality of products and productivity.
