摘要:在生物医学及化工等领域的研究及应用中,对于与生物分子、生物过程相关的参数以及化学反应中离子浓度的检测是非常重要的研究手段。但是,传统的测量方法和仪器难以做到小型化,极大限制了上述检测方法的应用,因此急需解决小型化问题。光寻址电位传感器牗LAPS牘是基于半导体技术的传感器,因此可以做到小型化,较好的解决了此问题。扼要介绍了光寻址电位传感器的发展历程,阐述了该传感器测量系统的工作原理,以及基于DSP的LAPS测量系统的组成,并使用该系统对溶液中pH值的分布进行了实际测量,得到了溶液的pH值分布图。 Research of Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensors Measure System ZHANG Zhi-yong 1,CHEN Xing-wu 1,NIU Wen-cheng 2, CHEN Cheng 1,SUN Xing-wen 1 (1.College of Precision Instrument and OptoElectronics Engineering,Tianjin University,Tianjin 300072,China;2.College of Information Technology Science,Nankai University,Tianjin 300071,China) Abstract:On research and applications in fields of biomedicine and chemical industry,the checkup method on parameters in relation to biological molecules or process and on ionic concentration in chemical reactions is a kind of greatly important means.However,conventional metrical methods and instruments can hardly lead to miniaturization,therefore,it seriously restricts the application of the methods mentioned above.Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensors(LAPS)is a sort of sensors based on semiconductor technique,so it may contribute to miniaturization and solve the problem.This dissertation compendiously introduces the development of LAPS,expatiates the working principle and buildup of such measuring system,which is based on DSP,and then uses this system to measure the distribution of the pH value of the solution.
