为了检测风力发电机振动情况,减少振动引起的破坏,研究设计了风力发电机测震仪。该测震装置引入无触点振动传感器的结构以提高装置的耐用性,实现了二维振动的检测。通过实验建立了位移传感器电流与位移的关系,以传感器的数学模型为基础,经过信息处理与数据分析,可同时测试振动的振幅、频率及方位,并对其可行性作了必要的论证。以VB作为开发工具,开发了实时监测的人机接口及设定风机振动的报警值功能模块,并可对报警信息实时记录。 Vibration Measurer for Wind Power Generator ZHOU Min,LI Feng-ting,WU Wei-min (Electrical Engineering Institute,Xinjiang University,Urumqi 830008,China) Abstract:To detect vibration of wind power generator,reducing damage caused by vibration,this paper researched and designed vibration measurer for the wind power generator.The introduction of the structure of non-contact vibration sensor improved the durability of the instrument,realizing the two-dimensional vibration testing.By way of the experiment,establishing the relationship between the current of the sensor and the displacement,based on the mathematical models of the sensor,through information processing and data analysis,a test including the amplitude,the frequency and the position was realized simultaneously,and to its feasibility,the necessary proof is made.Using VB as a tool,to develop the humanmachine interface of the realtime monitoring,set the value of vibration alarm and register alarm information.
