介绍了一种基于非分散红外(NDIR)原理的煤矿甲烷检测仪的总体设计。该检测仪使用进口红外检测元件,以新型电调制光源代替机械调制光源,实现了对煤矿井下大范围甲烷浓度的实时测量、液晶显示和超限声光报警等功能,并把甲烷浓度值转化为与煤矿其他设备兼容的4~20 mA标准模拟电信号,*后给出该检测仪在甲烷体积分数为0~10%的测量结果。 Coal Mine Methane Detector Based on NDIR Principle LIU Min1,TANG Zhen-an1,ZHANG Hong-quan2 (1.Dept.of Electronic,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian 16023,China;2.NO.49 Research Institution of CECT,Herbin 150001,China) Abstract:Introduces the general design of coal mine methane detetor which is based on Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) principle.Using an imported infared element,with the news-style electric modulation light source instead of conventional mechanical modulation light source,the detector actualized real-time measurement,LCD display and limit-alarm with lignt and sound for large range methane below the coal mine,also,the detector converts the information of gas concentration to 4~20mA normal analog signal which is compatible with other equipment in the coal mine.Finally,the paper presents measurement results of methane concentration at 0~10%.
