介绍了一种液压系统中的测量控制仪器。测量控制器核心采用了DSP技术,使控制器的伺服周期比原系统大大降低,提高了系统的实时性能和控制精度。而且由于该测控器开发了PROFIBUS-DP总线接口,可以方便地连接到相应的工业控制网络中,满足远程控制、故障诊断和定位的需要。并且通过实际生产使用,说明了该液压测控器具有较好的应用前景。 Instrument of Measure and Control Based on DSP XU Li-ping,GE Ding-ji,REN De-zhi (College of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering,Henan University of Science and Technology,Luoyang 471003,China) Abstract:Introduced a kind of measuring and controlling instrument used in hydraulic system.Chose the DSP technology as the core of this instrument.The DSP greatly shortens the servo cycle than before, improves the character of the real time and the control precision. Because exploited the PROFIBUS-DP bus interface for this instrument, it could be linked to industry control net conveniently, to satisfy the need of remote control, trouble diagnosis and localization.
