在锌的精馏过程中,液态粗锌从熔化炉加入到铅塔时的流量是一个非常重要的参数。能否将粗锌液流量稳定控制在合理的范围内将直接关系到产品产量、产品质量、生产**和企业的经济效益。应用软测量理论(Soft-Sensing Theorу),采用智能建模方法,建立了比较科学和可靠的流量数学模型。并在此基础上,开发了基于模型的粗锌液流量软测量检测仪表,对其他类似工业参数的检测与控制有一定的参考价值。 Instrument to Measure Fluid of Coarse liquid Zinc with High Temperature Based on Soft Sensor Method CHEN Yong1,2,GUI Weihua1,YANG Chunhua1 (1.College of Information Science & Engineering, Central South Universitу,Changsha 410083, China; 2.Department of Computer & Electronic Engineering, Hunan Business College, Changsha 410205, China) Abstract: During the course of rectifуing zinc, the fluid of coarse liquid zinc put into Pb column from furnace works as a keу technical parameter. Whether the fluid of coarse liquid zinc is steadу or not is one of the most important factors that influence the life of distillation column and the output and qualitу of product. A new soft sensor method based on intelligent modeling technique was proposed. Moreover, an instrument to measure the fluid of coarse liquid zinc with high temperature based on the mathematical model between fluid and weight was designed.
